1. Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business;

2. Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependants’ visas, labour cards, and labour contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date in the labour and Immigration Departments;

3. Renew and maintain all company’s leases in the UAE before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments;

4. Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required;

5. Obtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff members for their business travel;

6. Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times;

7. Issue of Appointment Letter, Salary Appraisals, Overtime and handle issues such as warnings, terminations, repatriations, follow up on medical cases;

8. Coordination with Projects & Purchase Department for supply of material / arrangement of Transport etc.;

9. Document control of Company Registrations viz., Trade License, Tenancy Agreements and Service agreements such as Car rentals, Sewerage removal, Garbage removal, Civil defense, Pest control, Water Tank Cleaning (Drinking) and other supplies etc;

10. Allocation of Staff & Labour accommodation and Carry out camp inspections by monthly as and when required;

11. Vehicle Maintenance & Vehicle Registrations, Renewals, Salik & Traffic fines record;

12. Follow up with insurance company on claims, additions, deletions..... etc;

13. Meeting with clients with regards to admin part / legal compliance part;
