Currently associated with SAUDI ARAMCO Jazan Refinery oil & gas in 4000MW integrated Gassification combined cycle power plant. Coordination with other departments and supervision of commissioning and operation activities of 4000MW IGCC Power plant of Siemens Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and HRSGs. Generation of power and steam supply to Refinery, GFU, AGR, SRU and utilities and other consumers. Issuing of Permit to work system for carrying out maintenance jobs and commissioning of BOP and CGTs & STs. Coordination with all operations members/ Operators for smooth running of the equipment and uninterrupted power & Steam supply to fulfil the requirements of Refinery and Gassification units.
Previously worked 30 years in India with 270MW Combined-cycle power plant as a Shift Manager Operations.

Looking after Combined cycle Power plant operations and generation of electricity ie, Supervising of combined cycle power plant of 272MW capacity associated with GE 9E, 6B Gas turbines and GE Steam turbine with Mark VIe controllers, Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)of 190T/Hr capacity of Deltak / USA make and its auxiliaries and other balance of plant including DM plant, HVAC and HSE systems effectively at Gas Turbo power station / Vijjeswaram, India. Review of permit to work system. Coordination with operation & maintenance staff during plant running and during emergencies to avoid unwanted delay and trips. Smooth Start ups and safe shutdown of Gas & Steam turbines. controlling of gas & Steam turbines with Mark VI e speedotronic system and with DCS system effectively for getting maximum PLF and effective Heat rate. Consumption of natural gas as per the day allocation, adjust the loads of units to maintain gas flow as per gas allocation. Innovative ideas to improve plant efficiency etc. Review of Generations reports, HSE, incidents reports, near miss reports, MIS, incorporation of enhanced technologies for better performance etc.
