I have worked in cold kitchen six month in Starwoods The westin hotel.
•I have worked for one and half year in cold kitchen in Gate gourmet on Albateen air port on contractual basis.
•At present i am working in a restaurant at gorakhpur.

•Always giving preferences to guest.
•Always trying to cook the dishes on guests demand.
•Taking proper care of guest allergies to the food items like pea nuts e.t.c.
•Always wearing protective clothing and safety equipments.
•Keeping the area clean and hygenic.
•Making the Mis-en-place before starting the work.
•Always checking the expired items and expiry date.
•Always trying to make best out of worst.
