Roles and Responsibilities:
o Systems: Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Active directory, Cloud, Office 365, Power BI, MIS Data Analytics, Dropbox, Onedrive, Amazon website, Linux, Unix, and Apple MAC OS Deployment, SQL Server Technologies - MS-SQL/Oracle/MySQL, Dropbox, Onedrive, Cloud Portal

o Works closely with the regional Marketing and Sales excellence function to measure the success of the launches of the company products
o Admin for company website maintained in Amazon cloud server
o Setup, configure, upgrade, and maintain corporate software and OS as well as maintaining and monitoring network security.
o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and installed the software related laptop, desktop, mobile and other network-connected
devices.
o Document laptop, desktop, mobile configuration and maintenance procedures.
o Deployment of user profiles on desktops, laptops, and other mobile devices.
o Deployment and management of network security
o Ensure that users adhere to the company IT policies with regards to company equipment use.
o Populate, update and maintain the IT Asset Inventory system.

Project management, making sure projects are on track and proper reporting to all stakeholders
