•To ensure that they and their team promote and maintain a high standard of professional recruitment practice.
•To provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources function relating to recruitment and selection matters and associated terms and conditions.

• Uploading new employees, re-hired.
• Scheduling of the Appointments and coordination of the candidates interviews.
• Prepare the Job offers and Contracts for the new Employees.
• Receives the hiring requests from the operations departments.
• Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria; using databases; Internet recruiting resources; recruitment websites; and employee referrals.
• Screens candidates CVs; scheduling interviews with potential candidates and conducts first interview.
• Dispatch job offers for the accepted candidates; receive work papers from the new hires and sign the work contract with them.
• Prepare a weekly report showing the Saudi manpower status and percentage.
• Conducts exit interviews with resigned employees and working on their retention.
• Preparation and updating of Job Descriptions for all positions.
• Prepare and expiate the probation report of the new employees.
• Supervisor for the drivers and GRO.
•Work plan for community mobilization.
To secure apprenticeship interviews, work trials and apprenticeship for clients, and market the services of the Company via face to face meetings with local employers.
Account management of local employers, ensuring regular contact and lasting, high level relationships.
Actively seek new commercial opportunities from existing business and identify and drive forward new opportunities, developing and maintaining high level relationships.
To achieve targets and monitor performance against target, budget and income generation.
Engage employers in active participation in focused Job Entry and pre-employment programmes.
Maintain information on employer engagement, labour market intelligence, placement opportunities, client matching and progressions onto further skills training as required by the contract and company.
To implement and comply with the Company’s Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding and Health & Safety Policies and promote the policies to clients and employers with whom the Company works
and Contact with the owners of companies to make sure the JS are still in the job and they don't have any problem
