Training:
• Conduct classroom training sessions for design
• Conduct training sessions on digital machinery

• Maintain & repair different digital fabrication machines.
• Educate and collaborate with different universities & entities to spread the making culture
• Interview and recruit local talents
• Resolving employee challenges and HR issues
• Manage the database for workers at geographically dispersed construction sites
• Managing over 300 trainees in both training facilities, and onsite training
