I am responsible for contracts preparation and management including the contracts for our clients with their contractors and our contracts with sub-consultants & subcontractors. I also prepare and lead sub-contractor tendering and selection, performance control and management and payment review and approvals and maintaining budget control.

The proposal development process includes reading the terms of reference, attending the pretender meeting, prepare the entire proposal's sections; project comprehension, man-months inputs schedules work program and methodology, also preparing the CVs and experience in the required formats. Supervise graphic design. Scoping sub-consultants work, pricing staff and direct costs.
My work involves dealing with international consultants specialized in urban planning, architecture and civil engineering, we coordinate the proposal preparation and develop the structure of the proposal and split of work and manage the editing, and submit the competitive bid on time. After awarding I lead the contract negotiations and preparations process.

Worked as civil engineer .Performing construction supervision on civil projects which include infrastructure constructions (water network, sewerage network, and road construction), concrete buildings construction, steel buildings erection, buildings rehabilitation and maintenance.
My responsibilities includes planning and scheduling the new projects tasks. Monitoring and evaluating the project progress .Quality control. Performing on-site Supervision on the contractors work to insure the required quality, and to deliver the project within the scheduled time .
