Lead and manage the team and ensure procurement type and service is well defined and contractual milestones and deliverables have been realized.
- Liaison with the legal department and produce SLAs between the Bank and Service Providers (Design, Construction, and FM services).
- Establish dashboards and monitor KPIs to ensure all SLA requirements and deliverables have been met.
- Property Portfolio Management to include the operating budget.
- Formulate and define project plans and budgets based on the Bank expansion strategy. This includes the construction of new premises and the renovation of
existing facilities.
- Liaison with the finance department and produce annual Opex and Capex budgets for approval.

Key Projects:
- Standardize types of Bank contract agreements to include Consultants, Contractors, and Service Providers.
- Liaison and monitor the design and construction of new and renovated premises ranging from $1 Million to $13 Million.
- Established the Bank premises dashboard to include Branches, Novos, SMEs, ATMs, Offices, and monitor contractual milestones.

- Liaison and interface regularly with clients, partners, and project team to review feedback on project goals and timelines, and track the various phases of project lifecycles.
- Negotiate within and across business lines on project strategy, functional impact and project deliverables towards the successful implementation of all projects.
- Formulate and define project plans that consider project strategy, deliverables, costs, resource allocation, and technical scope using project management planning and scheduling techniques
- Conduct weekly site inspections ensuring all key project control parameters including costs, schedules, and checks are delivered by the project team in accordance with company standards.
- Used Primavera P6 (8.3) and Microsoft Project software to establish project timelines, phases, activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements in compliance with clients’ strategic direction.

Key Projects:
- Lebanon Water Front City, (Phase III/SP5 & SP6, Marina Dbayeh) a US $75 Million residential build project with a total of 6 buildings, comprised of 266 apartments, 742 car parks and built‐up area (BUA) of 67, 682 m².
- Rayhaan Dammam Corniche Hotel - KSA, a US $74 Million an upscale 5-star hotel with 285 guest rooms, having a total built‐up area (BUA) of 40, 677 m².
- Verdun Heights Residential Development, Lebanon, a US$ 35 Million residential and commercial building project with a total built‐up area (BUA) of 34, 000 m² comprise of 18 floors aboveground and 6 floors underground parking.
- Villa Parma Violetta - France a US $11 Million redesign and construction of 4 level villa to include hardscaping, landscaping, and swimming pool.

- Follow-up on material, procurement, shop drawings, clarification requests and submittals.
