• Scope of work:
o Managing Occupational Safety, Clinic, Pest Control, and GMP over the Nile Sugar Factory.
o Leading monthly safety committee meeting.
o Managing annual budget EGP 2.5 million.
o Building up the HSE system based on ISO 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 criteria.
o Fixing, operating, and maintaining the firefighting and fire detection systems.
o Closing all the EEAA & Safety office nonconformities.
o Reporting to the Nile Sugar Factory Manager.

Al Khalij Cement Factory.
New Doha International Air Port “NDIA”.
• Scope of work:
o Building up the Management Quality System of Health, Safety and Environment for Cement Factory.
o Manage and Lead Safety Committee in weekly bases.
o Assign training needs for all Cement Factory employees.
o Monitor all activities at NDIA project and assign the required controls.
o Deliver the proper needed safety training for NDIA project team.
o Issue process risk assessment for both of Cement Factory and NDIA Project.
Saudi Bin Laden Group Profile:
Saudi Bin Laden Group is one of the largest construction organizations in the Middle East, performed a lot of famous construction project all over its area, its safety department has recently joined this organization which focusing on building up safety and environmental systems complying with the international standards.
• Assignment:
o During my assignment at Bin Laden Group I worked on the following construction sites:
o Haram Expansion Project “Alshameia”.
o Security Building Project “Alhujun”.
o Haramain High Speed Rail Project “H.H.S.R.”.
o Piazza Project.
o Financial Center.
o An urgent assignment to build up the Environmental System “EMS” complying with ISO 14001, and issuing the monthly report.
• Scope of work:
o Building up the Technical Safety Training System, including its Training Plan, Training Materials, Training Schedule, Training Assessment Test, and Deliver the Training to all Bin Laden’s Safety team all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
o Performing Technical Safety and Quality System audit among all Saudi Arabia working sites, and send the Safety Project Index supported by evidence and required actions to cover NCRs.

United Sugar Company of Egypt (USCE) for Sugar refining, packing, and Shipping at Sokhna port - Suez - Egypt.
• Reporting to Sugar Sector Senior Manufacturing Director.
Alexandria Sugar Company (ASC) for Beet Sugar manufacturing at Nubaria - Alex - Egypt.
• Reporting to ASC Plant Director.
• Scope of work:
o Responsible for building up HSE integrated system for all functions and company’s activities which comply with national and international standard and setting the optimum HSE org and committees, considering the right capabilities and talents required for each job, task and mission based on the competencies matrix and requirements.
• Responsibilities and Duties:
o Create, develop and deploy the HSE policies, procedures, work instruction, forms and reports to achievement Zero Accident Policy.
o Building up HSE culture through people involvements and implementing STOP (Safety Training Observation Program) and BOS program (Behaviors Observation Program).
o Increase the HSE awareness for contractors, suppliers, visitors, third parties and others whom existing on the company scope of work.
o Conduct the proper training required for all employees; based on JSA and create the optimal JSP.
