reconciliations of claims.
• Insurance claims data entry data entry related to car claim.
• Analytical skills possessing the ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and
make decisions.
• Review claims regularly using systems to ensure accurate reserves and timely closure.
• Managing own caseload of claims and negotiating confidently to agreed settlements.
• Maintain close working relationship with both existing and new customers
• Handle Calls (inbound and outbound calls) and all channels of social media
complains/communications.
• Following up customer email and telephone inquiries, responding promptly and accurately.
• Provide an elevated customer experience to generate a loyal clientele.
• Manage wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer’s
issues quickly and efficiently in time manner every day.
• Manage escalated customer issues received from multiple sources - Tier I centers,
management, and business partners.
• Accurately finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet
His/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
•Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
• Review and file payroll documents.
