My mission is supervision my sales team and to develop sales and open new business markets for my firm and to get new partners through work visits and coordination with targeted sectors. As well as visits to sites under construction to show the company's products and clarify the strength of my firm in the technical aspects and customer service as well as the quality, security and safety that characterize our products. As well as offering and providing consultancy and technical support in the field of elevator equipment and installations.
Responsible about all credit and sales process and transactions in the branch.
Responsible for monitoring and auditing the accounts of about 300 guests of the company. Follow up the regularity of payment and control of arrears and non-compliance with payment. As well as continuous communication with customers to provide assistance in the event of any queries or needs for financial information in the guest account and follow-up after-sales services with the guest.
Responsible for review and examination of credit transactions and review all procedures and documents and verify the extent of their validity and compliance with standards of compliance and safety. As well as the review and control of all collection and control operations on the Treasury as well as the completion of transactions and coordination between the branch and the Head Office and other branches.
I was responsible for reviewing and verifying all information, procedures and services provided to the in patients in financial terms, reviewing the entire accounting file for the in patients, preparing and verifying the issuance of the final bills for cash and covered accounts properly, as well as verification and following up the insurance approvals for non-cash cases. I was also responsible for supervision and follow-up of colleagues in the department as well as training and follow-up of new employees.
I was responsible about all auditing process in the branch. audit all sales files and all cash and credit operations. and responsible about all communications and reports between the branch and the head office.
Responsible for the financial accounts and hold some accounting books and the preparation of daily journal entires and i was assigned as manager of stores and inventory control. I was also responsible for the communication and coordination between the company and customers and suppliers and some matters of purchasing of raw materials.
Responsible for preparing and design all required works and designs and reviewing them with customers to find the final form of design. And then finish the design and send it to the printing department.
