Duties:
Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
Ensuring all plans are compliant with DOH / HAAD.
Monitoring the work with other Draftsmen and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
Preparing Architectural Log and shop drawings and check the drawings with the Consultant.
Coordinate with other disciplines to solve any conflict at the site.
Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Ensuring the materials match the specification and requirements as per the contract.
Site visit to ensure the work done as per the approval drawings
I have 16 years (11 in Abu Dhabi) experience in design and coordination, I have worked in various projects ( residential, mix use, educational, offices ), urban studies, technical studies.
I have also exceptional experience In Healthcare facility design which qualified me to get licensed from SEHA to administer the design of any healthcare facility within SEHA authority.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing all kinds of details (plans, elevations, sections, detailed plans ...etc.).
Developing the design from concept phase to tender phase
