Responsible for bringing new to bank clients especially for trade & working capital facilities.
Assessment of financial strength of customers by conducting thorough analysis of their financial statements along with industrial analysis and market feedback.
Providing tailored made solution based on their needs within the parameters of bank’s policies and guidelines.
Maintaining & enhancing the existing customer portfolio by providing on time services and solutions.
Develop, establish & maintain a portfolio for the SME & Mid-corporate sector through the promotion of Trade & working capital products mainly LC (Import + Export) both local & international /TR, Cheaque & invoice discounting, Overdraft, Project Financing, Liabilities such as term deposits, term loan, performance bonds & Bank Guarantees etc .
Initiate visits, collection of documents, undertake thorough analysis of financials, preparing credit application (new, annual renewal or amendments), credit risk assessment, risk rating & structuring of trade facilities.
Liaise with credit department/unit head for approval, increasing size of portfolio by regularly on-boarding new to bank clients and serving them in the best possible way in line with bank's guidelines for increasing the revenue/profitability of the bank.
Responsible for managing a team of 8-10 sales officers, to make sure that both individual and team target is achieved.
Managing 5 products including Trade facilities, Business loans, SME credit cards, borrowing and non-borrowing SME Accounts & Bank assurance.
Identify new client’s needs that can be fulfilled using the bank's product & services offering in order to grow the portfolio in terms of revenue and volume to achieve sales targets set by department.
Tracking repayment history of Business loan customers on regular basis & onboarding same customers for trade facilities after satisfactory repayment of certain installments.
Conducting comprehensive client reviews through regular client visits and monitoring of client accounts in terms of credit movement and business volume.
Completely involve in every stage such as collection of documents, credit analysis, writing proposals & follow up with credit for approvals.
Daily, weekly and monthly meetings with line manager, head of sales and team members to ensure that proper controlling is done in terms of productivity and quality.
Fulfilling the due diligence to avoid delinquency and money laundering along with achieving high financial results by exceeding both growth and profitability target.
Was responsible for selling Small Business Loan, Small Business Owner’s loan and SME accounts.
Preparation of in-house report along with loan application proposal write-up based on customer’s financial and visit.
Understanding and evaluation of company’s strength through bank statement & Audit financials.
Strive to maintain the relationships in order to increase the numbers of customers & provide quality customer services.
Undertake full responsibility for follow-ups of applications with credits & to update line management on daily business activities for better controls on sales & services.
Adhere to all policies with regard KYC (Know Your Customer) & AML (Anti Money Laundering) as set out by the bank from time to time.
Fulfilling the due diligence to avoid delinquency & quality business.
