Overall responsible over catering and facility services in the McDermott camp and site.

•Oversaw menu planning with the chef for Continental, Oriental, Asian, etc. menu’s
•Managed and reviewed requisition, receiving, storing, etc. of raw materials
•Organized & monitored various departmental activities to ensure that perform was as per action plan & safety standards
•Established standards and executed them across the department
•Formulated and recommended standard procedures for new task or changed condition
