Present Key Responsibilities
• Construction, Procurement follow up, Commissioning & Maintenance
till final handover of MEP system for the Project, which includes
substations, laboratory, power plants, Main control rooms, Main

Project: Aircraft Maintenance Hangars for SAEI. (Saudi Arabia-Jeddah)
Project Description:
Saudi Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI)
Aircraft Maintenance Hangars will be one of the largest Maintenance, Repair and Operation facilities in the region. The facility consists of 11 hangars including heavy maintenance and line maintenance hangars, wash and paint hangars, component and support shops, supply chain centre, administrative offices, miscellaneous support buildings, multi-level and surface car park, and aircraft parking apron.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviewed design for constructability and overall work sequencing within the program to minimize mobilization.
• Provides technical guidance to contractors and utilizes his subject matter expertise to ensure that the permanent works are constructed per the contract in accordance with applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Assists Contractor with coordination of the MEP process, including the development of coordinated slab penetration drawings, MEP ceiling and wall coordination.
• Assisted team of engineers in review of design, shop drawings & as built of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting etc. in accordance with design codes, standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, AMCA, NFPA, IPC, SBC, and IBC, IMC etc.) project specification & contract documents.
• Coordinated Design between designer & consultant for all Mechanical trades.
• Assisted and follow-up with equipment selections, calculations (ESP, Pump Head, Heat load, Duct & pipe sizing etc.).
• Identify scope of design interfaces.

Project: King Abdullah sports city, football stadium for ARAMCO (Saudi Arabia-Jeddah)
Project Description:
King Abdullah Sports City is a new multi-use stadium and sports city located in Jeddah. Construction involves a 60, 000- seat main stadium, a grand plaza & mosque, a 2, 000-seat sports hall and a 1, 000-seat athletic stadium, outdoor pitches & courts, and a car parking.
THERMO Saudi is responsible for the entire MEP works excluding the ELV systems of this fast-track project. Technical highlights of the project include a total cooling load of 3424 refrigerant tons, total electrical load of 14 MW, main stadium pitch lights of 640 No’s with a combined load of 1.12 MW and 5 No’s stand-by power generators with a combined load of 8.8 MW.

Project Description:
Construction of the university campus "Princess NOURA University" comprising 11 academic buildings, a library, 100 villas, 5 technical buildings. Etc.
This university will specialize in the field of health (medicine, dentistry, nursing care, etc.), as well as in the field of human sciences, fine arts, foreign languages, management, finance, sciences, and IT, etc.) Princess NOURA University is a new university campus covering an area of one million m2 to accommodate 60, 000 students.
Key Responsibilities
• Execution of all MEP services mainly:
HVAC: Installation of Chilled water pipes, Heat Exchangers, Air handling units, Fresh Air Handling units, closed control units i.e., Computer room AC, Fan coil units, Split type units, exhaust fans and all relevant HVAC equipment’s.
• Plumbing: Installation of drainage, water supply pipes, potable water, grey water, fixtures, Accessories, compressed air systems & Generators.
• Fire Fighting: Installation of Diesel, Electric & Jockey Pumps, NOVEC System, FM 200, Carbon steel pipes, hydrants, Fire hose Reels Etc.).
• Implemented and managed coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations.
• Analyse construction capabilities of tenderers.
• Assist contract negotiations.
• Develop preliminary construction program.
• Supported Project manager in the execution of the projects during all phases of the project development, and implementation as requested.
• Witnesses Contractors’ quality control inspections to ensure that the permanent works are constructed according to the contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings, and specifications.
• Reviews Contractor-submitted shop and as-built drawings, materials submittals, tie-in procedures, project schedules, and work permits; and assists consultant in obtaining their approval and/or comments.
• Prior to installation Arranges meetings between the Contractor and concerned departments/organizations to resolve interfacing problems during construction i.e., Co- ordination all MEP Services
• Log and post all Mechanical changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Assisted in the testing and commissioning till final handover.
