Managing more than 500 admin staff and 3500 drivers for admin and financial related matters.
• Preparation of Budget, variance analysis, planning, cash flow, ratio analysis, revenue analysis, pricing, project preparation.
• Appraising management about revenue leakage, providing internal control procedure, monthly MIS report.
• Preparing monthly financial for the management.
• To act as financial analysis in all aspect in SAP
