Receiving vehicles from customers and repair order opening, timely follow-up, estimating, Costing & releasing the vehicle after job & ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
Over see service Dept target, Service advisory. Technical ability & availability, handling staff deadlines, monitor allocated job.
Documentation and maintaining the proper records of work shop and follow up.
Responsible for accounting maintaining of store documentation of receipts and issue vouchers. Updating status
Manage and control all activities in the service department and Work shop (store, spare parts, technicians etc)
Takes appointment for service jobs. Prepares work schedule, establishes priorities for specific customer orders, revises schedule according to work specifications if necessary
Utilizing every opportunity of labour & part sales and upselling opportunities and there by enefitting in achieving sales target set by the management.
Prepares billing of Repair Orders for General repair for proper collection of accounts and recording of sales / cost..
Responsible for preparing and processing of Warranty.
Sells and markets all Company services to meet set sales target.
Attained maximum CSI throughout my tenure of work.
Receives all types of mechanical and body repair work as requests and performs initial vehicle
diagnosis with the customer and prepares Repair Orders, and do estimation.
