- Setting out works- structure position, drains, center line and offset reference using the functions in Total
Stations
-Supervises and monitors all survey teams to consolidate survey works.
-Stake-out/ Setting out all the coordinates project boundary & property lines and design elevations.
-Coordinates with the Site Engineer & work as per priority of the project.
- Set out alignments and elevations for roads, swales, ditches and manholes.
-Coordinate with the consultants, immediate superiors, and co-technical engineers with regards to implementation,
Changes of plans or deviations unusual activities or non-conformances rectification work.
• And work on 12D Modeling, (Qaswarah Road Designing & Construction| in Abu Dhabi Western Region)
Importing different types of topographic survey data file, for surface triangulation, surface modeling and surface contouring and analysis,
And creation the horizontal and vertical alignment and editing elements of the horizontal and vertically curves.
Template creation and editing apply function basic plotting of long and cross sections, and pad design alignment using string,
The create design cross section and generating or run on the propose alignment, Creating Design Surface by initial analysis of existing surface to locate refining design to optimise balance of materials
Used, scarification and design standards
Generating Pavement Design-by defining subgrade and intermediate pavement layers
Applying new techniques to locate critical points for the pavement construction
And make the Drawing from the Topo Survey and also the Contouring Drawing.
And prepare the as built the Drawing according the site position for consultant.
Find out the Quantity (Cut &Fill) of Earth works and also the Structure works.
And make the Invoice (Interim Payment Certificate) of works down.
- Assists with administration of on-going Contract, including monitoring Contractor progress and commission compliance with the Contract documents, Investigates problems and recommends corrective action.
- Preparation of correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration
0f all Contractual matters.
- Facilitates the preparation of Contract change and prepares the relevant variation orders.
- Ensures that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained
- Preparation and maintenance of Engineer’s Instructions, Variation Orders and Claim Logs.
- Ensures all bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and are in compliance with the Clients requirements.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports.
- Reviewing contractors Interim & Final payments.
- Preparing Consultant Supervision Staff Interim payments.
- Recapitulation B.O.Q & As-Built Drawing Quantities take off.
- Assess cost Effects when changes occur and preparing NPC’S
- Evaluating and Certifying variations and change orders.

Inspections of site on daily bases to supervise the day work carried out by contractor and provide full technical support on the site as well as earth works Asphaltic work piling works, post tension suspended slabs, Pre stress Girders, Drainage works, accordance with approved drawings Take samples of materials for examination or analysis by laboratories; perform tests on soils and concrete; monitor catholic and required standard specifications ASTM, AASHTO ACI and B.S codes. Leading protection systems. Inspect all phases of construction of public works and private development projects. Monitor manpower reports and payroll for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
