 Providing maintenance of all equipments related to BTS, NodeB and eNodeBs. 

 Conducting on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 2G, 3G and LTE (BSS Controller, BTS and E-BTS) network equipment.

 Perform site quality control, identify failures, correct them if possible and manage NodeB software and alarms.


 Executing analysis of KPI above the thresholds / fading the root cause / advising action plans identifying root cause of the exceeding thresholds. 

 eRAN (LTE) upgrade from eRAN 5.0 to eRAN 6.0 of the whole Zain-Kuwait network consists of 1500 eNodeBs. 

 Upgraded the WCDMA (BSS and BTS) software from RAN15 to RAN16 of whole Zain-Kuwait network. 

 Commissioning and integration of NodeBs, EnodeBs and providing technical support.

 New BTS commission and making CME file. Types of BTS 3900, 3900L, 3812E, DBS3800, DBS3900. 

 Hands ON experience on using Huawei SW like M2000, U2000 and Web LMT, PRS system for all technologies. 

 Monitoring alarms related to all technologies (2G, 3G and LTE) and simultaneously trying to resolve alarms through M2000/U2000. 

 Maintaining contact with customer ZAIN for site issues and resolve them in minimum time. 
 Level -II/III BSS support to customer and its resolution in defined SLA. 

 Interface with Zain NOC/Radio team for developing the alarm reporting / routine daily task using the M2000 and troubleshooting of issues for all technologies. 

 Performed BTS, ENODEB, NodeB and RNC upgradation. 

 Creating new LTE sites and integrating them.

 Microwave RTN 950 alignment, commissioning by Web LCT, creating on U2000 and troubleshooting.

Ensured 24x7 customer network support.

 Raising tickets against GTAC to investigate critical issues. 

 Preparing weekly report of network availability and analyze to minimize unavailability. 

 Scanning affected areas with spectrun analyzer to find source of interference (jammers, repeaters, operator violation…etc). 

 Checking remedies from customer incident management and maximize to solve it within SLA.

 Coordinating with subcontractor to clear VSWR, RTWP and ALD related alarms. 

 Laying fiber, ETH and jumper cables indoor and outdoor.
