To maintain good progress building Structure& Finishing, Good quality and excellent Safety in a luxury and fast track project.
 Manage and supervise all engineering and administrative policies and procedure.
 Develop and implement site planning and procedure for execution of work.
 Ensured the work performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents and specification.
 Responsible for all Manpower cast control.
 Organizing and checking the work and progress of site engineer general Forman’s as per required project quality and task.
 To achieve the target as per the project schedule.
Using of modern formwork system
1. DOKA form work system.
2. SGB infill and drop beam form work system.
3. PERI formwork systems in order to minimize time provide Safe construction.
 Dealing with consultants during inspection.
 Site management and preparation of look ahead programs.
 Materiel requisition before commencement of new activity.
 To starting new project building activities excavation, piles bricking, piles grouting floor levelling compaction, Ante termite spry, PCC, waterproofing on secreting Reinforcement & RCC concrete as per management schedule.
 Ordering the required steel from fabrication co. as per look ahead program & site capacity of steel yard area.
 To maintain the house keeping of the project.
 To follow the block work plaster manhole & Soft landscaping for villas.
 Water proofing (Wet area Balconies & Terrace) Roof solid slab.
 Decorating by GRC & GRP.
 Internal and external pant work.
 Ordering the required steel from fabrication co. as per look ahead program & site capacity of steel yard area.
