• Supervision / Management all operations taking place at Arctic Cold Store (Ice Cream + BBM)
• Building / Monitoring effectiveness of controls to improve performance and prevent any incident related to safety, sale loss or others operational incident
• Support and implementation of all projects pertaining to cold chain logistics.
• Responsible to inform concern stake holder on monthly basis regarding damages / shortages to be taken in provision or to charge this wastage to 3rd party
• Responsible to monitor KPI’s for required cold store room and product temperature
• Responsible to implement Good ice cream cold chain practices (GICCCP) at Cold store
• Responsible for verification of all invoices / debit notes of all business partners (Transporter and CCS service provider).
• Responsible to implement safety structure (USHE) at cold store.
• Responsible for resolving customers’ complaints related to orders, price and claims.
• Responsible for customer credit tracking and order releasing.
• Responsible to update all bank realization in the system on daily basis.
• Responsible for tracking over dues of USC and CSD
• Provided customers with timely information on all aspects of their orders.
• Conducted periodic stock audits of warehouses nationally to ensure on hand inventory reconciled with perpetual inventory.
• Ensure that orders are processed accurately and that correct shipping instructions and invoices are generated for dispatches.
• Compliance with legal legislations and documentation requirement i.e. (Sales Tax report, Export report, free sample stocks report etc).
• To work on Demand Based Replenishment System (DBRS)
• Responsible for the management of all inventory items into the warehouse this included receipts, storage, picking and shipping to the distributors.
• Responsible for logistics planning for dispatches, out bond, in bond of inventory
• Ensure that all the inventory records were maintained as per FIFO method accordingly both on the inventory system and physical.
• Conducted periodic audit of physical stocks to ensure inventory system reflects the same (Loc, Qty, Disc, Prod) resulting in more accurate picking of stock.
• Regular liaison with key stockholders department on all issues of stock receipt and dispatch.
• Responsible for ensuring return stocks are checked for its condition and return stocks places at their location for subsequent issues.
• Identify and highlight to management any stock that may be damage or near to expire for disposal or appropriate treatment.
• Monitoring the quality & efficiency of movement and storage of goods to meet customers agreed lead time.
• Provided “Best Value” solutions, dealt at length with customers, the account management team.
