EPC projects scope includes the stages of Concept, Select, FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction
of new additional facilities, commissioning until handing over.
Key responsibilities includes
➢ Planning, Coordinating and managing multidiscipline Engineering, Procurement & Construction activities to
ensure projects are executed as per Quality and HSE standards, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
➢ Organize and Lead Kick Off meetings and Progress review meetings with Clients, Vendors and Contractors.
➢ Interface with Engineering, Procurement & Vendors, Project Controls, Construction, QA/QC & HSE
➢ Initiate, maintain and expedite the closeout of all technical queries, Request for Information and Hold register.
➢ Management of Change requests, Variation Orders, Contract amendment and Correspondence on Work Scope
➢ Coordinates with QA/QC and Construction to expedite the close out of NCRs, CARs and punch list items
issued to Vendors and Subcontractors.
➢ Coordinating and Supporting Clients during project Pre Start up Audit and Commissioning.
Projects Managed & Coordinated:
❖ Client - Petroleum Development Oman
➢ Amal steam office building at Nimr (EPC): Construction of office building - steel structures & roof cladding
including raised access floor & architectural gypsum partition works.
➢ Hubara - Saihrawl 132kv OHL reinforcement south with 132Kv substation & bays extension (EPC): OHL
tower line construction for 210 kms with heavy foundations for tower including rock anchoring foundation.
Extension of eight bays with plot development, precast & in-situ foundations, cable trenches & fencing &
final commissioning.
➢ Electrical infrastructure upgrade project - Bhaja 132kv Substation (EPC): Construction of 132kv control
building with switchgear room, GIS panel room, Battery room & extension of 2 bays with 63 MVA heavy
transformer foundations.
➢ Electrical infrastructure upgrade project - Runib 132kv Substation (EPC): Extension of 132KV switchyard
bays including 32.5 MVA transformer foundations.
➢ Amal steam 132kv substation & Construction of OHL on steel towers (EPC): Plot development of an
irregular counter ground, construction of control building, 200kms of 132kv OHL tower with Pile foundation,
132kv switch yard with 6 cross bays including 63MVA transformer foundations & asphalt access road.
➢ 132kV OHL Harweel to Thumrait. (EPC): Extension of 132kv switch yard at Harweel & Thumrait
substation, 132kv OHL Tower line construction for 60kms with towers of pile foundations
Client: Oman oil Servicing Company (OOSC)
Architecture by M/s.Oxspring Associates with seven luxury villas in a plot area of around 15000sqm with
independent swimming pools, water bodies, retaining structures, pile foundations & rich landscape finish. Site
Location - Sloping / Challenging hilly terrain with a level difference of 9m inside the plot.
Nature of Job
Complete site execution of the project from setting out till handing over. Co-ordination with Consultants,
Architects, Clients & Sub contractors. Scheduling with planning engineer for daily resource allocation &
targets to the down line team of engineers for the targeted project delivery. Ensuring timely availability of all
the resources (Manpower, Equipment & Materials) for the site requirement in coordination with HO team
& also involved in valuation
Nature of Job
➢ Structural - Design of Residential & Commercial buildings including Multi-storied buildings.
➢ Consultant side engineer for site inspection, MAS approval coordination, progress & claims approval for
contractor’s monthly invoicing & certification from client side for the contractor.
➢ CMDA approved drawing review for approval.
➢ Consultant side - Valuation engineer to evaluate the property value as per CMDA norms & report generation for
banks (both Private & Nationalized)
