Responsibilities: Preparing preliminary to final design layouts for all the networks. Complete
design coordination with design teams including review, comments & approvals
of infrastructure networks & details - Domestic Water, Foul Water, Storm Water,
Irrigation Water, Fire Fighting water, Electrical Network - LV&HV Cable
routing, Telecommunications -Security networks CCTV & BMS, Chilled Water
pipes, Location finalizations for STP, Substations, RO, District cooling rooms
and pump stations. Road Networks - Geometry of roads, Profiles, Spot levels
and Utility Corridors.
Cross verifying the clashes of the utilities along the corridor and with other
services. Presenting weekly updates on project progress to other discipline & clients. Identifying the scenarios to obtain the ROW for the projects. Preparing
drawings for NOC approvals to Local Authorities - Dubai Municipality, RTA,
JAFZA, Civil Defense, Etc. Synchronize with other disciplines like Landscape,
Architects, MEP division, Etc to ensure the infrastructure design proceed in
complete coordination with all the partners of the project.
Preparing all the drafting works for electrical cable layouts & single line
diagrams.
Mechanical drawings such as Piping / Tanks GA & Valve chambers.
Final quality check of drawing for accuracy and presentation prior to distribution
as per CAD standards.
Projects Handled: Master Layout drawings & Building Civil drawings for Local authority
Approvals. 3D modeling of various residential & commercial buildings.
Responsibilities: Converting rough drafts to soft copies upon engineers design & comments for
Arch. Plans, Residential Villa Plans, Interiors plans., Etc.
Preparing all the infrastructure network layouts such as Potable, Foul, Storm
Water, LV&HV Electrical Cable routing along with Corridor section, Road
Layouts, etc.
Quality check of drawings as per company standards/ procedure.

Mechanical, Interiors, Landscape & Survey drawings. 3D modeling of
commercial & residential buildings, mechanical modules, interior structures, etc.

design & comments for various stack holders starting from scratch to a relevant
approved design. Handling coordination between the drafting team & clients
upon jobs undertaking & drawing deliveries.
