Technical support to the KOC end users in GIS inbuilt application, tools and functionality in ArcPro software. Troubleshoot the problem faced by the KOC end users while using the application and the ArcPro software and provide the appropriate solution. Attending the discussion with the enduser and gathering the requirement and communicate the same to the developer to built the application or update the existing application. Managing and administer the GIS enterprises eg., Managing the members, Groups, applications etc., Creating web map, dasboard using ArcGIS Enterprises, Publish map service, feature service, managing the online administration eg. managing members, managing groups in Arc GIS Enterprises.

Prepared the plot plan to show all the elements of the bioremediation processes by following the standards and procedures as per the client specification and deliver the output. Implementing the Pipeline Integrity Management Solution using GIS. Data Migration from FEED (Front End Engineering Design), Asbuilt drawing to the GIS environment as per the PODS data model. Identify feasible Pipeline routing using available information like satellite imagery, survey reports etc., Identify the suitable corridor for pipeline routing to minimize the cost by utilizing the existing Pipeline facilities eg., pipeline support, CP station., Identify and preparing the crossing schedule along the pipe line route (eg., Wadi crossing, road crossing, etc., ) Extract elevation information along the pipeline route using the spot image to identify the abrupt variation in elevation level and giving suggestion for pipeline rerouting for cost optimization. Documenting the report as per the client requirement.
