Reporting to the Project Manager and Division Manager. I am responsible for
• Monitoring the works according to progress and direct the team to achieve the target.
• Comments the planning and rectify and reschedule the planning
• Monitoring the approvals of formal documents of contract etc.
• Price negotiation of all sub-contractors and appointing the sub contractors, approve and refer the material of sub-contractor.
• Monitor the sub contractors and direct them to meet the target.
• Attend the meeting the consultant and client discuss the approvals and variations as well as progress.
• Coordinate with consultants and client for necessary changes of project to full fill and complete within duration
• Control the cost of projects to successful completion.
• Fully alert the worker at work in the hazard area.
• Execute site according to the drawing and as per planning schedule
• Prepare the material schedule for further activity.
• Direct the site engineers and foreman to proceed the work as per schedule
• Prepare and get approvals from consultant
• Direct the people follow the all safety and security regulations and monitoring the safety measures to coordinate the safety officers
• Raising a bill to client.
• Control the project Cost and Contractors
