Role & Achievements:
• Engaged in end-to-end Program Planning and implementation along with the project director and prepared resource & training plan for the new resources, implementation plan and tentative schedule; also involved in recruitment of new resources and preparation of budgeting & cash flow for the program

• Ensured successful implementation of Microsoft Share point portal for intranet and migration of legacy Intranet documents to share point portal.
• Led the development of a Customer Portal for tracking sales orders running on IBM Web sphere using Java/J2EE
• Successfully migrated IBM AS400 based HR applications such as Gate Pass System, Passport Control System, and Letter Request System to Web application using Java/J2EE
• Directed and coordinated activities related to SAP HR System Integration for Web applications with the Deloitte SAP implementation team

• Spearheaded the design & development of applications to ensure process improvements; developed an application for Asset Disposal Management and an application for Warehouse to facilitate Material Master amendment
• Engaged in the upgrade of Web Sphere Application Server from 5.1 to 6.1 and configure cluster environment to ensure high availability

• Proposed E-business solution options for USA based clients from finance and travel & hospitality industry. Involved in the development of E-business solutions
• Solution Architect for development of a product for content management using service oriented technology (SoA)
• Created and demonstrated Proof of Concepts (PoC) using mobile technology for the sales team
• Worked with sales team to prepare technical solution and proposal for RFPs
Role & Achievements:
• Worked as a Head of a divisional office, and ensured smooth functioning of district offices under the division.
• Coordinated the implementation of various systems of Govt. of India and State Government at district level to monitor various projects and schemes. There were around 50 government departments and agencies who were using NIC systems
• Vendor management for maintenance of systems to ensure system availability and up time of more than 95% from below 70%
