• Preparation of "Techno-Commercial Proposals" for Tenders in the bidding stage. Prepare Detailed Tender Analysis for Various Medium and Large Industrial, Infrastructure projects with Resource allocation, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost analysis, Pricing Strategy for Design & Build works (EPC Contract) and Regular Tender Works.
• Effectively monitoring and managing a team (Civil, M& E) of Twenty (20) subordinates with minute level of planning and assigning the job to function successfully in Tendering & Estimation department.
• Organizing to attend the Pre-Bid/job Explanation meetings, Prepare the Tender Synopsis & Submit to the management for approval as per company policies.
• Prepare estimation for new tenders, Material take-off, compute and prepare manhours budget for new tenders, fully involved in the preparation of pre-qualification documents and bid finalization with management
• Responsible for all Tendering, Costing, Preparation of sub-contractor Data Base, Commercial detailing of Projects Involving Civil & Structural Works and Budgeted cost Projected to Management.
• Managing timely Submission of all Tenders for Civil & Structural Works with Various National & International Clients.
• Scrutinizing and Finalisation of Civil & PEB quotes of Pre & Post Contract work.
• Review all Drawings, Check Specification and having evaluated various techniques as per contract.
• Responsible for cost controls of all on going Projects in the company.
• Upon award of contract, arrange kick-off meeting, explain the project overview, CAPEX for the project and release the Budget & Tender documents to Execution Team.
