Implementation of CMMI-3 (Project duration - 17 Months, Role: Project Manager)
Map 18 processes of CMMI to Software development and maintenance projects of DP world UAE IT.

Oracle eBIZ 11.5.10.2 migration ( Project duration - 18 Months, Role: Project Manager) Successfully completed the Migration of Oracle eBusiness Suite Version 11.5.10.2 from ITC to DPW-IT. Modules migrated AR, AP, GL, FA, HRMS, and Payroll.

Oracle eBIZ R12 Project: Upgraded the existing modules of AR, AP, GL, Core HR, Payroll to 12.1.4. Implemented new HRMS modules of OPM, OLM, iREC, SP and HRA. Also implemented Cash Management module.
With the up gradation and implementation of new modules + interfaces has automated most of the areas of HR and Finance departments successfully.

PROJECT: Revamp PROMIS (PORT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM) for DP WORLD, UAE Region.

SCOPE: • Study the current PROMIS Architecture, Application and Databases
• Propose short term and long term solution by setting up framework for Technical Architecture, Software Engineering Practices and Procedures.
TIME FRAME: • Setup framework: Six months
• PROMIS Release 2: Two years
