Talent Management
Develop & Implementation of Talent Management process to describe the organization’s commitments & goals to achieve at the highest leave of recruitment, hire, maintain, develop and retain talented employees. Develop and enhance organization’s HR by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies. Maintain work structure by updating job descriptions. Organization by establish recruiting, testing, and interviewing program. Establish management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies & procedures. Development and Implementation of Local & Overseas recruitment procedure like, Recruitment Planning, Advertising to find workforce, Workforce sourcing, Short listing, Interview, Candidate selection, Job Offer Issuance, Hiring, Visa Issuance, Coordination with Manpower Consultancy Agencies, Issuance of Demand Latter, Mobilization & demobilization of Workforce, Onboarding process.
Performance Management
Development and Implementation of Performance Evaluation Process and Annual Evaluation to evaluate employee’s strength; work quality, productivity, Job Knowledge, Efficiency, Communication, behavior (work attitude). Based on performance evaluation implementation of Increment, Promotion, Warning to week Performing employees, Training and Development arrangements for employees.
Payroll & Kuwait Labor Law
Implementation of payroll process & Kuwait Labor Law 2010 like, Termination, Dismissal, Resignation, Monthly Payroll Rules of Salary, Working Hours & Over Time calculation, Annual Leave Calculation, End of Service Benefits Calculation, Sick Leave/ Maternity/Al-Hajj Leave Calculation etc.
HR Supervision
Supervising & Sporting to Clerks, Timekeeper & Date Entry staff to complete and achieve assigned work on Time. Coordinating with other departments to fulfill work requirements.
HR Administration
Excellent knowledge & experience of HR Administration like Residency, Civil ID, Passport, License tracking & renewal schedule, Local Candidate’s residence transferring documentation and procedure, Total Workforce Tracking, Maintain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Conflict Management
