• Processing purchase orders of distributors in Eastern Europe.
• Order placing with DELL for the approved purchase order from distributors.
• Tracking down the dispatch, shipping and delivery of the hardware items.
• Delivering the renewal confirmations and new software licenses to the distributors.
• Taking acknowledgement from distributors and update the PO status.
• Mail follow-up for various enquiries related software purchase, order tracking, delivery status and discrepancy in the purchase orders.
• Attending Customer Enquiries
• Preparing enquiries and quotations
• Follow up Quotations status and negotiating with the clients to get the order
• Receiving Purchase orders from customers, preparing purchase orders to Vendors
• Evaluate all technical specifications, takes sales approval from technical division and processes the order
• Coordinate with customers for technical specifications and other information required order processing
• Arranging and coordinating delivery.
• Coordination with the vendor and logistics team for the delivery time and other details of an order and passes information to the customer.
• Takes quotes from freight forwarders for delivery of the material and makes order with the appropriate one
• Follow up with sales team about new purchase orders, with production unit for the existing orders, and customers for the upcoming orders.
• Preparing proforma invoice, SOA, submittals
• Documentation and follow up about the Shipment
• Making Delivery Note & Invoices
• Updating Stock& Preparing Delivery Status
• Creates daily/weekly/monthly reports for immediate manager
• Payment follow up
