Overall Function

• To control recruiting process by screening CVs, maintaining a CV filing system,

• To ensure all new recruits receive their letter of employment and are issued the appropriate materials upon their arrival.
• To process staff leaves as per Club policy and to ensure accuracy.
• To maintain and ensure all personnel files are updated by carrying out regular
audits of all files.
• To enter and update all personnel information on the department's computer
system on a timely basis.
• To follow up all staff requests such as certificates, official letters, ID cards and name badges etc.
• To assist and carry out any other work related tasks as may be assigned by the
Human Resources Manager.
