1. Manage & review daily cargo requests received from Segments and ensure that all requests are inputted in OUR SYSTEM accordingly. 2. Liaise CT operations daily forecast and activity plan’s regular update to end-users and Implant Coordinator to ensure on-time service delivery and provide trip consolidation. 3. Coordinate with requesting segments full details and specific requirements of trip booking applying cost control, compliance including local traffic authority rules and regulations. 4. Prioritize & confirm availability of CT monthly trucks shuttle service, in case non-availability of segment’s managing trucks. 5. Coordinate trip details between approved suppliers and end-users based on CT operations daily forecast and activity plan. 6. Regularly track and monitor drivers/trucks movements and provide an update on CT daily forecast and activity plan; local traffic authority’s required documentation and Saudi Aramco passes etc. Ensure that all supplied drivers/trucks are meeting (Health, Safety & Environment) standard, Vehicle Safety and certification. 7. Always notify about vehicular break-down to segment cell leader or concerned operations supervisor promptly. 8. Above all activities; email communications are documented for future reference. 9. To verify and ensure full compliance of all reported journey to the company driving policy and standards. 10. To check the received Journey Management Forms and verify the compliance before each trip started, Drivers’ certifications and competency before each trip started. 11. To manage all trips information by email, phone & other means of communications. 12. To call and validate with the Drivers at the trip starting time and follow-up every two hours until end of the trip. 13. To track the vehicles through the company tracking system and intervene with the drivers as necessary. 14. To alert the line managers of driving emergencies and / or non-closed journeys on time.
