Supervisor HQ General Services
o Responsibilities: Supervising Building facility as below :
o Office Security Team.
o Telephone Console, (Operator).
o Following Air Conditioning Maintenance equipment.
o Building periodical Maintenance.
o Arrangement of Seminar & Conferences schedules.
o Office Furniture. (Arranging and re arrange).
o Stores and Warehouse.
o Mail System.
o Receptions.
o Cleaning, Hospitality & Meeting Room
o Office parking system.
o VIP services.
o VIP residences maintenance
