1) Reducing the Spare Parts inventory from SR 38 M to SR 31 M).
2) During 2018, reduce the cost of contracts by increasing discounts (around SR 10 M) and increasing the term of payment (3 months - 1 year).
3) Increasing the Chines Suppliers from 6 to 27 Suppliers.
4) Increase the customs exemptions according to the following:
a) 2017 SR 850, 000 79%.
b) 2018 SR 929, 313 98%.
c) 2019 SR 607, 876 98%.
5) Implemented the Min Max system for the consumable items.
6) More than 6 Annual contracts for Spare parts to reduce the cost, Paperwork and the delivery times.
7) Reduce the Inventory of Raw Materials and other Prod. Materials.
8) Restructuring and reducing the number from 47 to 40 by 15% by merging some similar positions.

Replanning purchasing the Additives Materials and Electrodes to reduces the Inventory more than 60 Million SR 48%.
Redescriping of Items according to the Approval Templates to reduce the Items Duplication.
Working on (ERP) System (ALFA System) on Oracle Database.

6) Reused the Optimization Spares (10 M SR from 25 M SR) which had not been used for more than 10 years.
7) Closed all sub-stores in the Plant and return the spares to The WH and saving about 12 Million SR.
8) Applying the WH Procedures for ISO 9001:2001.
9) Supervise the supply of raw materials, fuel Oil and increase their relationship.
