2) During 2018, reduce the cost of contracts by increasing discounts (around SR 10 M) and increasing the term of payment (3 months - 1 year).
3) Increasing the Chines Suppliers from 6 to 27 Suppliers.
4) Increase the customs exemptions according to the following:
a) 2017 SR 850, 000 79%.
b) 2018 SR 929, 313 98%.
c) 2019 SR 607, 876 98%.

5) Implemented the Min Max system for the consumable items.
6) More than 6 Annual contracts for Spare parts to reduce the cost, Paperwork and the delivery times.
7) Reduce the Inventory of Raw Materials and other Prod. Materials.
8) Restructuring and reducing the number from 47 to 40 by 15% by merging some similar positions.
