Finance Officer (Expense Processing Unit) as a major task from Dec 2009 till now

1- Receiving and verification of Invoices receives from various Business units and suppliers
2- Ensuring the Invoices are properly approved for payment
3- Allocation of Cost to the expense line for settlement of Invoices
4- Preparation of SARIE and DRAFTS for various payments
5- Preparation of monthly Withholding Tax Report for onward submission to DZIT
6- Handle all accounting issues within the unit
7- Delegated as Team leader/Supervisor during his absence
8- Coordination with various business units for timely settlement of payments
9- Attending various queries from Branches and Departments
10- Reconciliation of accounts that are within the Dept under control
11- Preparation of Data Capture through T-24 (Payments)
12- MIS report Preparation for different business units
13- Executing Standing instructions (regular payments)
14- Producing payment documents to Finance for Audit purpose
15- Payments of Municipality related Fees through SADAD system.
