Colgate-Palmolive is an American worldwide consumer products company focused on the production, distribution and provision of household, health care and personal care products. Colgate Palmolive has JV with OLAYAN Group in Saudi Arabia & I'm managing the company in Saudi Arabia as "PLANT MANAGER" and team member for North Africa, Middle East & Turkey (NAMET) supply chain team. Responsible to manage the manufacturing facility and end to end supply chain, driving supply demand for 36 countries in the region, driving the P&L for the Saudi company including budget with full responsibility on financial spend at GCC countries. My great financial analytical skills help the company to have tracking records in achieving Millions of USD saving every year. I have a Strong understanding & ownership of the strategic planning & execution of effective running manufacturing plants & Goods movements in Saudi Arabia & NAMET region, supporting customer services & Marketing and leading company growth & success all over the NAMET region, offering a wise counsels for top management in the AEA region (Africa Euro Asia) and find creative solutions & initiatives for better utilization of resources & implement new strategies for supply chain functions.
WP is a Leader plastics manufacturing in the region with turnover more than 500 Millions SR, wide range of Plastics SKU'S producing/marketing, in KSA & exports. WP is a member of Alwatania for industries group (WFI). I was leading the company as Manufacturing Director & directly reporting to company President. I was managing various departments for Rigid Divisions in the organization with following scope of work:
• Financial: Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory, prepare & monitor annual budget.
• Best Practices: Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
• Human Resources: Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. lead staff Monitor and evaluate performance.
• Production: Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
• Sales, Marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
• Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
MSBI is a leading company in the field of Beverages/juices/water/energy drinks/malt drinks producing/marketing, 81 SKU’s in KSA with exports to 33 countries. I was leading the company as Plants Manager & directly reporting to Group Chairman/Vice chairman. General Management, P&L of the business, growth initiatives, Organization Capability Enhancement and Operational Excellence are my prime responsibilities. Responsible for the overall organizational structure management of Safety & security, Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain: Purchasing, Logistics, planning, Managing expansion projects, HR and recruitment leading & hiring process locally & overseas.

We were measuring a marked improvement in efficiency and a reduction in cost.

My role was “Production Manager” I was managing Fresh filling plant, Yoghurt plant and the world class Processed Cheese facility where a range of products were produced for many countries.
