Recruitment
1. Review Job Descriptions, and the candidate profile required and initiates action for recruitment.
2. Organiz the Charts and periodically updated
3. Maintaining and operating the recruitment tracking database and generates required reports.
4. Timely update of database.

6. Collaborating closely with the internal and external customers in the drawing interview schedule for interviews and calling candidates for interview.

Personnel
1. Ensure that all employees hold valid contracts
2. Ensure that all those employees required Health cards to work, and keep an updated
3. Coordinate with Travelling and Payroll
4. Ensure that all employees are taking their vacation within the period
5. Keep and maintain all site employees’ personal files within the site for review.
6. Ensure that all personnel documents from the line Managers are received on time and keep an accurate record.
7. Assist Department / Sectional Managers
8. Deal with Head Office for employees personnel queries.
9. Arrange exit interviews and “Exit Clearance” form for those going on exit.
10. Assist Divisional Personnel Manager to control over Medical and School
11. Coordinate with Transport Department
Organise and assist assigned shift, in order to carry out the production plans within the agreed time schedules, defined quality standards & budgetary controls. Supervise and manage operators to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards.
