Perform basic routine, schedule, preventive, predictive,
maintenance.
• Replaces belts, and hoses, changes and/or tops off oil and
filters.
• Carry out
fault finding and diagnosis to a rang of diesel and
gas generator sets.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical engine problems.
• Replacing electrical and mechanical components.
• Carry out basic engine servicing.
• Carry out site testing.
• Good housekeeping of both customer sites and company
vehicle.
• Adhere to company health & safety standards.
• Properly and completely fills out all service reports, PM
checklist and timecards within department guidelines,
Ensures they are legible and accurate with sufficient details
for service accounting needs.
• Works on a flexible work schedule 24x7x365 and responds
to emergency call as needed.
• Obtains pre-assigned work orders by schedule date, service
level and locate / load parts, check for any special
instructions, Travel to job site, performs scope of work,
provide detailed computerized template report and
timecard upon work assignment completion for daily
accountability.
• Performs intermediate preventive maintenance and
advanced corrective maintenance.
• Performs block heaters and install battery chargers.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting and corrective
maintenance and lead others in performing intermediate
and advanced troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
tasks on engines, generators and other associated
mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Performs control panel conversions, re-tapping generator
end, and isolating / replacing faulty breakers.
• Sets up, starts and operates equipment as directed both in
house and at customer site.
• Serves in a lead role to train lower level Technicians in
preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as well
as the proper and safe way to perform all tasks that have
risk of accident or injury.
• Responsible to carry out top end, in-frame and major
overhauling of Jinan, jichae, caterpillar, Cummins, Perkins,
Volvo, Waukesha and Wartsilla diesel and gas generators
in oil field at different location of Sahara desert Niger.

Fully expert to carry out topend, Inframe, major overhauling of diesel, gas, hfo generators
indedependently.
Fully expert in install/configure new controllers on generators

Ability to communicate and formulate reports as well as supervise personnel.
