• Proactively manages all aspects of international accounts not limited to order placement, inventory managements and coordinating logistics with minimal errors.
• Work with shippers and trans loaders to execute bookings, and ensure vendors/suppliers/service providers are paid timely.
• Executes required export documentation for multiple accounts in various stages of completion in a highly time sensitive environment
• Timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, shippers, customers and internal parties, maintaining details, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties
• Obtains export certificates from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment
• Assures compliance with customs, export, applicable foreign trade/importation laws, as well as applicable transport regulations
• Initiate timely invoicing and work closely with accounting department to ensure billing accuracy
• Identifies risks and opportunities, when developing logistics plan and freight estimates for super loads, complex international shipments to ensure cost-effective, safe, and efficient transportation of company’s products
• Processes freight claims and customer complaints
• Reviews, prepares, and invoices for payment
• Audits export files for compliance and scan into database

Managing Sales:
• Input all order receive into internal sales tracking system.
• Daily confirmation of orders to all clients by sending pack plans across to different clients.
• Liaise with clients on day-to-day adjustment on orders.
• Prepare sales reports and trends to assist management in decision making,
• Ensure that all orders are in the system to get an accurate packaging requirement report and ensure any change/promos are clearly communicated to the packaging team in time.

• Oversee the follow up on client's portfolio payment
• Ensure all prices are updated as per the season and clients.
• Optimize quality of service, business growth e.g., by anticipating about their orders and suggesting promotions.
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Ensure all client orders are well planned for and executed by the Planning Coordinator
• Prepare possible promotions for key clients and ensure these are updated
• Send weekly availabilities following Sales & Logistics Director’ approval at weekly Sales meeting to all customers
Customer relationships:
• Maintain optimum communication and relation with clients to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
• Initiate and develop a strong relationship with customers e.g., advise on possible promotions or extra volume options
• Determine customers' needs and collect customer feedback in relation to product orders
• Brief the sales team, Service & Delivery Commercial Manager, and Sales & Logistics Director on any important matters arising from daily communication with clients,
• Promote new product, commercial trials and develop sales volume in kilos, prices and turnover.
