~"Future Growth Project" - Oil & Gas EPC Project of TengizChevroil (TCO) / Tengiz, Atyrau, Kazakhstan ~

I am in charge of management of subcontractors through with the help 6 personnel under my lead. At the moment, I am managing around 150 subcontracts, their claims and cost activities of 3 oil & gas EPC contracts of TengizChevroil (TCO) valued around 750 million USD in total.

In particular, my team' s duties are:

- preparation and management of service and contracting subcontracts (150 subcontracts by now),
- subcontracting tenders management and negotiations,
- checking monthly subcontractor payment requests and executing monthly payments,
- claims management of service and construction subcontractors, assess time and cost impacts
- tender preparations for new opportunities for company in industrial and oil & gas sectors

TITLE - Project Manager / Co-investor

Housing Project / Denizli, Turkey (4 200 m2 Apartments)

Management of MEP and civil works design, Taking construction permits, Procurement by means of subcontractors and construction material, Subcontractor management, Management of site works

Capitol Vista - A Class Office / Ankara, Turkey (35 000 m2)

Contract management duties and achievements:
Managing the contractual relationship with client and subcontractors (sub-contracts and main contract- derived from FIDIC). Subcontractor procurement by running tenders, subcontracts preparation and management for fitout civil-electrical-mechanical-plumbing works, glass facade, softscape, hardscape including concrete ways, retaining walls around the building. Managing the claim/change orders through Request for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Order (RFO) processes and defending them in negotiations with Client. Sum of resolved claims for design changes and additional works was around 8 000 000 USD.

Construction management duties and achievements:
Supervision and coordination of on-site construction activities of both own civil works crew and subcontractors’ works. Keeping daily activity and progress logs. Budget control and confirmation of progress payments in accordance with actual progress on site.

Reason for Leaving:
No new project after project completion

TITLE - Contracts & Commercial Manager / Dpt. Project Manager (2013-2015)

Office & Studios of NTV Company / Moscow, Russia (95 000 m2; 500 000 000 USD)

Duties and achievements:
Managing the contractual relationship with client and subcontractors (Main contract - local but derived from FIDIC). Subcontractor procurement by running tenders, Subcontracts preparation and management for concrete works, electrical-mechanical-plumbing works, glass facade. Managing claim/change orders through Request for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Order (RFO) processes and defending them in negotiations with Client. Sum of resolved claims was around 50 000 000 USD until project hold.

Preparation of Project’s initial budget as a guide for tenders and later budget updates in accordance with actual prices. Controlling budget by payments execution and monthly budget and completion updates as well as cash-flow management.

TITLE- Cost & Contract Manager (2010-2011)

KT&G Tobacco factory, Kaluga (40 000 m2; 60 000 000 EURO)

Duties and achievements:
Preparation of initial budget of the project, Managing general contractor tender for Client, Controling and approval of subcontractor tenders of general contractor and their contracts, Managing the contractual relationship with client and General contractor on behalf of Client (local contracts), Assessing claims from general contractor and negotiating for client (4 000 000 Euro), Budget control and confirmation of progress payments in accordance with the actual progress on site.

REASON FOR LEAVING: Crisis in Russia

Duties and achievements: Managing contractual relationship with clients, subcontractors and vendors of several projects at a time. Subcontractor and vendor procurement by running tenders, subcontracts preparation and management for companies civil-electrical-mechanical-plumbing works. Managing the claim/change orders and defending them in negotiations with Client and/or subcontractors. Coordinating preparation of quotation process and tender package for potential projects. Searching new opportunities for the company (I brought more than 50 000 m2 fit-out work to company).

Reason for Leaving: Salary decrease due to crisis in Russia.

TITLE- Contracts Manager (2006-2007)
IKEA-MEGA Mall at Belaya Dacha / Moscow - Russia(120 000 m2; 150 000 000 USD)

Duties and achievements:
Management of FIDIC main contract by means of preparation of claims/additional works package as well as negotiations with client, Management of Sub-Contractor contracts and claims. Sum of resolved claims for design changes and additional works was around 20 000 000 USD

TITLE-Site Engineer (2005-2006)
IKEA-MEGA Mall at Dibenko / St Petersburg - Russia (120 000 m2; 150 000 000 USD)

Duties and achievements:
Supervision of construction works of public areas, tenant fit outs, secondary steel structures etc., quantity measurements of works on site, Project drawings control and quantity measurements of works for planning purpose.
