Responsible for identifying sales opportunities for auto insurance plans and converting potential customers into company clients. Handling calls for inquiries and/or concerns and providing quotations for 6 showrooms in the UAE. Cross selling of other insurance products (travel, home, life) to help achieve organizational goals.
Responsible for on the job training of new recruits based on thorough company product knowledge and experience.
Position includes reviewing underwriting guidelines, processing policy changes and policy issuance transactions received through various channels within specified guidelines and providing excellent customer service.
Strong ability to assess requirements of the clients in terms of adequate coverage and constant follow up with them to complete the sales transaction. Handling grievances and claims queries and directing them to the right departments.
Responsible for team goals of meeting the monthly showroom targets and preparing biweekly and monthly reports on the status.
Providing executive level administrative support to the Regional Manager and Buyer and demonstrated ability to improvise on procedures.
Liaised with plant operations, purchasing and material planning departments to complete the assigned jobs as per the deadlines.
Involved in determining material requirements, maintaining schedules and tracking deliveries.
Providing assistance in issue of purchase orders through the Material Requirements Planning system.
Ensuring all standards, company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
