Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment for KSA region (Riyadh - Jeddah -Khobar).
- Work closely with the HR department in all recruitment functions to meet the manpower needs of the company.
- Prepare and post vacancies on the website.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant criteria, using the existing database, networking as well as employee referrals.
- Support the recruitment function by screening, telephonic interviewing, assessment centers and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with the relevant managers and conduct regular follow up with them.
- Provide continuous professional support on recruitment to line and department managers.
- Making sure all reports (daily, monthly, hiring plan, etc) are updated.
- Promoted to be the recruitment coordinator for two projects (Zain company and Al-Rajhi bank) and was mainly responsible for hiring new call center agents and telesales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
-Posting the job opportunities in recruitment sites, newspapers and business magazines.
-Building and maintaining relationships with government and employment agencies like HRDF, Taqat and Bab Rizq Jameel.
-Receiving and screening CVs.
-Short telephonic interview to gather some information about the candidate and to inform him about the job.
-Conducting first interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for the next stage.
-Conducting assessment centers (English test, computer team play and role play).
-HR introduction to new joiners in the first training day.
-Following up with trainers about new joiners behavior and attendance till the end of the training period.
-Updating daily and monthly reports.
