 Organize registration, distribution & filing of allproject engineering documents, Document numbering, tracking & maintenance of document register.
 Support the project team within the guidelines /standard procedures and policies established by the company. Manage all project official documentation including engineering technical correspondences generated by company and contractors.
 Maintain appropriate filing system to facilitate Engineering personnel with easy retrieval of both hard copy and electronic files.
 Document quality checking, transmittal preparation and submission of Deliverables/processed documents to Project Management Team/Client.
 Maintaining up to date registers of Receivables and Deliverables including Vendor Documents, Monitor & Control, IDC (Inter Discipline Check) of Documents prior to issuance.
 Co-ordination between Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Project Management Team and other units.
 Vendor Document Management through work flow system.
 Supervise and schedule work of other team members, Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
