Projects Manager in a real estate development company, representing the owners (real estate developers), reporting to the CEO, in a construction project of two towers in Jeddah (5 stars hotel and offices/clinics). The project budget above 250 m SAR (about 67 m USD). I'm incharge of all managerial, technical, contractual, and administrative issues, including but not limited to time management, cost controlling, scope identification, quality of installation, health and safety, material supply and manage the relationship with stakeholders (owners, contractors, consultant, suppliers and the financing bank). We already handed over two hotel projects and two residential buildings in 2018/2019 and now we are in the finishing phase of the last two towers.

 KAIA (Jeddah): The New King AbdulAziz International Airport, concrete works of multi-building with a contract value (+500 m SR)

 Abraj Kudai Project (Makkah), concrete works of +35 floors tower with a contract value (+150 m SR).

 Plot.3 Project (Makkah)- Security Building, concrete works of +15 floors tower with a contract value (+150 m SR).


■ Estimation:
For more than 10 projects;
Studying the contractual condition and Estimating the Indirect Cost such as (General requirements, preambles, staff (administration and supervision), equipments (machinery, cranes and lifting plant), temporary offices, site fencing with gate house and signboards, security and safety, transportation of workpeople, bonds and insurances), and create an execution plan includes the required duration, resources cash flow (in/out).
