Main responsibilities:
- Preparing Baseline Programme for the MEP Scope of work with the proper linking to the civil main baseline Programme
- Performing quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules.
- Preparing Man-Power and resource Histograms.
- Preparing cash flow projection S-Curve.
- Determine critical path activities and monitor schedule deviations and proposes corrective action/work around solutions.
- Preparing Weekly/Monthly progress reports to be sent to the Consultant showing the project planned/actual progress, updated Programme, completed and in progress activities, critical Path, 1 month/ 2 weeks look ahead Programme, Engineering Status and performance curves.
- Attending progress meetings with the client/consultant.
- Assist in preparing EOT claims.
- Preparing Recovery Plans.

Monitoring and updating the project time Schedule and site progress, Preparing progress reports, highlighting critical issues and area of concern and providing analysis to the management.

Member of the "Talent Program" which is a Rotation Cycle Program launched by "OCI Academy" by which every member of the Program works at the various departments of the whole company as to get the maximum benefit.
