• Developing and implementing policy and procedures of Procurement and SC Planning Departments.
• Member of higher committee of value engineering, cost reduction and bulk deals.
• Make a procurement & Operation plan for IWAN projects like (Jeera -Jewar-Atrio-Alma-Jedar-Vida-Jada-The Axis-E-Plaza-Majada) with 500M EGP annual budget
• Administration of the contracts in line project’s requirements, compliance with contract notification, certification, and response timeframes, tracking changes and monitoring each change through a change order process.
• Monitoring execution performance, consumption rates quarterly and follow up inventory and work to reduce inventory by 30%, raise inventory turnover 4 times, and provide a minimum safety stock for the main raw materials.
• Provide day-to-day management and oversight of the contract deployed to the Contract Responsible for preparing tender documents, select subcontractors, suppliers and evaluate them and negotiate to get best prices and conditions and work to build long-term partnerships.
• Managing and developing a team consisting of 4 key players and helping them achieve goals and provide a suitable work environment.
• Participating in establishing schedules, budgets for different projects and reviewing BOQ, characterize items and suggesting alternatives.
• Directing resources leveling between all projects to meet the needs of work and following up on the optimum utilization of all the company's resources, including contractors, supplies, stocks, or cash.
• Analyzing schedule updates and updating procurement and operational plans.
• Using a (SAP) ERP system as a key user for Planning &Procurement Departments
• Applying MRP I, MRP II methodologies and Run MRP and Releasing purchase requisitions according to procurement plan.

• Preparing, reviewing and evaluating claims for additional time and/or money received from contractors
• Creating and updating contract forms annually according to Fidic standards
• Preparing the required financial payments to suppliers and contractors to send to the financial department monthly.
