SCOPE OF WORK & ASSIGNMENT IN PROJECT
- Advise client's management decision regarding procedures and strategies.
- Write all required corresponding letters to client and contractor as per the necessity required
- Head the meetings held with contractor and client on contract work progress and related matters.
- Approve project work schedule and make sure that site daily and monthly reports are going according to plan.
- Evaluate contractor request for variation, change orders, claims and approve his monthly payments.
- Assign responsibilities and job description to site staff and follow up to ensure the work is being done properly.
- Head the regular meeting for site staff to discuss site progress and other related matters to ensure that work being coordinated properly between different field disciplines.
- Maintain proper circulation by following the approval cycle for shop drawings among my site staff.
- Ensure the quality of work at site is maintained properly & high level of safety and security standard at site.

• 300 Villas Accommodations and Infrastructure
- Supervision of 300 villas accommodation including infrastructure and super structure .
- INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS :
- Earth works (cut and fill). Road construction, street lighting and all side walk works and curb stone.
- Infrastructure utilities, fire fighting, irrigation, water supply, sewage line,
- 2 sewage treatment plants (3, 000 M³ per day), underground tanks of 40, 000 M³ & 3 water wells
- Electric supply including 50 package substation, data and telephone lines and street lighting.
- SUPERSTRUCTURE
- 300 villas (each villa 700 sq. meters), shopping center, schools, polyclinic and mosques. Including plantation and landscaping.
• Haquel General 150 Beds Hospital ( MOH ) & Falcon Hospital, Falcon Clubs, and Hotels for Falcons .
- Approval of Project Progress schedule, manpower and cash flow and make sure that work at site is going accordingly. Manage the meetings held with contractor & client
- Approval of shop drawings and materials submitting variation, change orders
- Prepare the meeting agendas and participate in all meetings held with client and contractor.
- Head all site meetings to solve utility coordination problems for the various disciplines and activities.
- Correspondence link between Contractor and the Client.
- Preparation of monthly report and approval of contractor monthly invoices.
