* Collaborating with bank RM to resolve any complexity cases, evaluation for mitigating risks associated with international LC like (Hedging exchange rate, Avalization, discrepancies examination, overseas shipping term).
* Review letter of guarantees (LG’s) request to ensure adherence to contract clauses whether (Bid Bond, Advance, Performance, Retention, Project financing) In-turn reviewing (cost estimation, net cash flows, expected gross profit) supported with graphs.
* Submission a weekly report for business units in order to "follow-up uncollected ADV guarantee-terminate the guarantee- reduction of utilized amount against progressive invoices-extension LGs of running projects.
* Liaises with operating units for quarterly closing including warehouse physical count, common cost allocation, verifying trial balances, asset register, unbilled revenues calculation, staff indemnity & accruals. Prepaid exp, provision & depreciation.
* A key member of BPM committee for drawing business cycle, developing enterprise operating software, innovation a new tools for cost optimization and earning maximization, authority matrix, key performance indicator presentation.
