* Motor Insurance: Individuals and Fleets
- Receiving all motor insurance inquires for direct customers, brokers, sales and Bancassurance
- Giving Quotations and seeking approvals.
- Issuing the policy, Collect the Premiums and link the insurance online in Traffic departments Portals.
- Endorsements process including cancelations, extensions, fleets additions and cancelations.
* Non Motor: including Medical, General, Marine, Engineering … etc for Individuals and Groups:
- Receiving Inquires, Collect the required documents and fill up the required forms.
- Organizing with the required department for Quotations issuance.
- Seeking client`s approvals and satisfactions and issuing the policies.
- Collecting Payments and after sales service for any Endorsements or inquires required.
- Renewal follows up.
* as a Senior officer, I`m also responsible for the training of the new joining officers so they can fit at the earliest with the company environment, in addition to do a daily check on the policies issued in the previous day and to make sure that all the documents are issued correctly according to RAK insurance internal guidelines and IA regulations.

- Visiting the customers at there location and explain the product (life and non-life)
- Present the suitable offers that apply the customer’s needs
- Filling the forms and following up until the issuing of the policy
- After sale service (collecting payments, renewals …. Etc)

- Managing the customers accounts and answers any questions on any transaction
- Selling the banks products (loans and deposits)
- Apply for the loans (personal, auto and mortgage) according to the bank procedures and forms
- Opening of the accounts (saving, current and deposits)
